the last three days was REAlly hectic.its just weird how my stuff all seems to be scheduled over the weekends and then on certain weekdays i ll be like BORED to death at home watching TV and watching my mum play mahjong=S

well on friday, i went down to Redhill for the karaoke cum dessert session. I was lugging DAMN a lot of things cos of like YC blazer to return, HL's dvds and cds, the ingredients for cooking dessert and my clothes over 2 days=S
the dessert turned out quite nice and the elderly finished it! so im really happy. well the skinny uncle who loves karoke dedicated an oldie titled 18year old girl or something to me. hahaha it was soo funny. and he was so enthu about getai he tried to get me to go watch and gave me this sheet of getai listings. lol=)
uncle leong leong ho loves to sing the yue liang dai biao wo de xing cos every time i hear him sing that!=P
well it was nice cos huishan went down specially for it, by ponnign her academic talk. and then xy and lingwei also went down at last minute requests.=)
Well, halfway cos christine was busy with the huge number of cartons of rations coming in on that day so she asked me to accompany one of the popo to alexandra hospital cos her hand was injured. It turned out that the popo was the bed bug popo!ya she fell from her bed when she got up too quickly and fractured her hand. it was really badly swollen on friday cos apparently her visit to the sinseh didnt work.
so i got wanxuan to go along as well. and it was a really long wait at alexandra hospital. glad wanxuan was there=) and we brot popo to A&E somemore. Imagine the wait if we went outpatient=S hahahahah wanxuan saw this cute doctor and CLAIMEd that he smiled at her.lol.
anyway the diagnosis was tat she may need to go surgery but she has to go back for another appointment with specialist in 2 weeks time. The nurse put her hand in this "boxer bandage" that refrains the entire wrist joint and onwards to move.
left to go hl's house to return her dvd den went down to YC to give talk to botswana ppl. It really weird like how YC gets involved in parents now cos it never happened in the past. So knowing how Mr Lam loves to create this mega impression of happenign stuff in YC, i played along. My guess is Botswana will never be as exciting and memorable as Zimbabwe. Cos they dont even noe their team mates. while mine was with teammates who went thru 5 months of sheer hell tgt. And they will never find homes as warming as SJH and HCH and matthew rusike=)) and, theirs is like only 7 days.lol.
went to meet jac to go timbre tgt. She was hoping it was EIC playing but it turned out to be timmy, i tink. anw the music was really good. Then jac made me/us walk all the way from dhoby ghaut to timbre which was at Armenian street. LOL. bet she just wanted me to pass by and admire her school=P

jac has a nice starry starry ceiling in her room!=) and she has frigging a lot of bags!!
5th aug
after like a night of restless sleep, (i think i take time to get accustomed to beds) i was awake by 7 plus so i decided to just wake up all together and leave for harbourfront, Michigan sentosa outing. jac was sleeping like SOO soundly when i left.
welli wouldn say sentosa outing was fun. it was kinda badly planned and org, considering the date was set so long ago=S hope im not being like critical, but i guess i have to admit tat YC-style training is quite useful in event management.
perhaps the company kinda made up for it. My OG, consisting of grand total of like 5 freshies and 3 soph, was made up of way NICE NICE ppl.as in the sincerely nice kind=)
haha and i think after fundraising experience, i become shameless at approaching strangers. like getting ppl to apply sun block and getting a long strand of hair from this pretty lady. lol. no wonder i didn get sun burnt=P
and i forgot about my camera which was neatly tucked in my BAG. sian. so i have no photos of sentosa.
and yeah.i vefound 2 people whos going on NWA on 24th!=D
6th aug
cco concert with pro liu changfu. PROf is so so good. i jus cant imagine how he can play the zhonghu with such a distinctive style of his own. the first time i heard it, i was so mesmerized i forgot to play my own part=P well tix sales today were really good! i heard a lot of sco ppl came to watch as well. zousikou was the best today while gadameilin had a no of mishaps here and there.
and i made a mistake that i never made before. i forgot tat it was 2/2 beat in the finale. sigh.=( this will prob be my last cco concert in like 3 years i think=((
