I had a really happy Sunday and I feel so blessed I must blog about it!!

Woke up in the morning to meet chunyi, jingshen, kaiming and his friend lucy for breakfst at cafe maries. I suggested this cafe as i pass by it everytime i go to school and it turns out the breakfast is awesome! i htink its not as oily as angelos and the presentation is much better than northside grill. Well the company was awesome too and lucy was just a wonderful taiwanese girl to talk to! She speaks jap too and she lives at willow tree and likes working out too!!!

And then we parted and I went to lab where I met JinHee, the grad student who sits opposite me in lab. I had a really great chat with her and I feel so happy because im getting so much closer to everyone in lab, though they are all so much older than me. Hui, Chandan, Jinhee, Mikyung, Anul, Yan and even Ken ( my prof!)

And then on my way home in my greatest love, my honda accord, i noticed the bright sun overhead! And then i decided to give my beloved car a wash and wipe and it looks damn damn sleek now.

Then i decided to go for an outdoor run ( brian pangseh me to go and study). Explored the entire plymouth road and i ran all the way to US-23 which was pretty far i think but my stamina now is a far cry from that in Singapore, because i havent been working out for the past 2 weeks.

Then I came home and read my favourite book now, the history of the ancient east, to some chill jazz music.

6 plus i started preparing dinner because dearest Jenny, my ex roomate, was coming over for dinner! I steamed tilapia ( hk steam) and did chinese leeks with egg tofu. Jenny is a vegetarian so i couldn do more. I went to her co-op to pick her up, and we came to my apt for dinner. And then we just couldn stop talking. We talked and talked and talked from 7 till 11!!!! And then suddenly we realised that it was so late but we still wanted to talk more so we went to her co-op instead and she showed me around. There are 23 ppl in her house, and they have a super huge basement for communal cooking and laundry etc. Co-op is a US thing--> many ppl stay together in the same house and pool money together and basically split up roles to maintian the house. Some cook, some wash, some paint...

Anyway i just cant stop smiling cos its been the most perfect sunday ever. Time with friends, new and old. Time on my own to read and exercise. And my cloning experiments are yielding some really cool results. My dad is in Singapore to oversee the clingy family issues.

Everything just seems so perfect.=D
