So true.
SSA Elections was held yesterday. It was another roller coaster ride of emotions, when I heard about the huge number of people pulling out and getting cold feet in the morning of the elections and had to react to it immmediately.
Makes me really wonder if these people are really dedicated and sincere about giving back to the SSA group which Im sure they have benefited so much from. Some of them were my close friends, and which made me all the more disappointed with them as to why they could not make a damn decision early. So as not to make us worry and react at the very last minute. Was supposed to be doing my reports, but ended up calling and talking to some of the nominees to ask them to change their minds. But ultimately, glad that everything turned out fine, although I really really feel like giving some of them a kick in the butt and slapping them in the face if they can take it. *VIOLENCE*
I guess many people just go not think of the consequences of their actions. They do not plan far, think far or are simply too egoistical to realize that they could have been the one that caused things to go wrong. Only until I share my feelings with my onlooker friends and they tell me that I am just being silly and too forgiving.
I am indecisive too. But to prevent unhappiness and pain, please all of you shout this in my face: Just make the damn decision, move on and let go, liyu tan. Know when to stop.
