gosh...my legs are aching...i think its the accumulation of all the shopping and walking around...man...
today was supposed to be Festival of Sports..SUPPOSED..yea..but unappreciative hc ppl just pon off..and many activities didnt work out...Emmeline and me were doing referee/registration stuff for push ball..but in the end apparently those who signed up either believed the ball was too huge or too ugly or for wadeva reason..they just decided not to turn up. And ya..timothy's class 7A apparently disappeared into thin air..
then in the end we played push ball and theres this girl from 61 who totally dislocated her arm..its damn damn painful..gosh she was so strong..didnt shed a tear =/
oh wels..then played a lil badminton with the gina and lala.. then had a good talk with miss neo in the canteen..then went to play netball with several RGS girls...heee..i was REALLY lousy..and yan fang was so damn fast...=P oh man..i think i hai-ed the gp..but luckily they won 2nd in the end..that just goes to tell how much i ve learnt from my non-sporty but musical classes since sec sch days and in hc as well..=PP
met up with lala jieying and weilin for dinner then we went to shangri la for Uni Pennsylvania talk..It was quite tiring..and i kept nodding off throughout the whole event..=PP and then there was this girl called catherine who graduated from U Penn, same batch and same fac as my bro..Wonder if my bro knows about her...i think he shud noe..since its his dream sch and she was probably ONE of the TWO singaporeans to get in that yr..Think my bro shud have nursed a grudge against her...hee
oh oh..lin lao shi's picture turned out in the newspapers today....hahas..he looks funny there...and im gonna find him on fri to have lessons..i hope we wont get a shock when he hears me play..
my playing has improved..i can feel my fingers being more agile after so many technical scales...but somethings still seriously lacking.. These few days haven been in such a good mood or being able to concentrate on stuff...cos of this..Its SOOO stressful! promos wasnt even really stressful...man..can u imagine it my own beloved instrument is making me stressed. =((
Im listening to maksim mrvica 's album now..hes this croatian pianist who is extremely groovy on the technical side..but musical wise...i dun think hes really good...but hes a good source of inspiration for me! aloy burned it for me. Thanks =D its super nice..i like claudine and etude in C..printed out the scores..hoping to work it at the piano when i have the time.
